She made the most yummy sugar cookies and frosting I was in pig heaven. She lined a box with wax paper for me, gave some frosting and sprinkles and said "frost away!" And frost I did! I frosted and took home over 1 doz cutout cookies. She had to drag me away from her goodie table she had the best snacks! Her Christmas collection is just beautiful! She had snowmen of all shapes and sizes displayed nicely on her entertainment enter. Every where you turned there was Christmas! Her plates, mugs, wall decor, trees. It was all so beautiful and really put one in the Christmas mood. I loved the homeade victorian cones and her Christmas village. The mickeymouse head christmas balls were so cute. Anyhow I just wanted to share with everyone what a great time I had. Her screen name matches her perfectly! I think she even decorated her axe! Sorry no pictures, but she did tell me about the good time she had at the Portland meet and what a wonderful hostess Goodgirl is. Goodgirl I had some of your shortbread, awesome! Thanks again Mele!

I went down to the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver to see a display of a 400 lb gingerbread cookie yesterday. Also, there were gingerbread creations by high schools and patisseries from across the lower mainland (Vancouver). It was very entertaining to view.
