The early entry people will likely build the line to over 2 hours. Last week, the Nemo line peaked in the early morning and then went down. The least wait was near park closing. There is an early morning panic to get on Nemo. Nemo in my opinion is just OK and I think that one people see it once, they are not likely to want to wait in a long line again. Last Saturday, the wait was 45 minutes at 1130PM. 2. I liked Pirates Lair better than Nemo, but I would save it until early afternoon (but if you do Nemo first and are not early entry it could be afternoon by the time you get off Nemo and do other things until then. Don't wait until too late to see it as they start shutting things down near the stage end of the Island at about 5PM to get ready for Fantasmic.
