In the Magic Kingdom, they are sold at a walk-up window in a two story building on the right side after you enter Adventureland from the Hub (geez, I hope I'm remembering that correctly. It's been a couple of years since we've been to WDW). You must try one. It's one of our 'don't misses' on our visits.
