When the park opens at 10 AM, then the PFF is held from 11 AM to 6 PM. The line to meet and greet with the princesses is usually long, so I recommend you get there before 4 PM.

You can always do the cupcake and craft later. The actual show part starts 1hr after it opens. We waited the 1/2hr to opening and then only a 20 min wait to meet the princessess. Oh boy was it worth it to see the look on my daughter's face. People who came later had over a 90min wait. The Thurs and Friday were even longer. People lined up an hour before they even opened it. Have a great time!!!!
