(rates drop). With new years eve being on a monday, its possible people would have extended their trip a little. If I could give you some advice, you may want to start your trip on the third if you could because disney started a new reservation policy this past summer, which states that if you book a room starting on a date with one price, you have to commit to that price for the entire length of your stay even if you stay into another price bracket (ex. Jan 2nd $299-Jan. 3rd $65)

It's not my fault my husband and one daughter both were born on May 30. (Memorial Day) When I booked the Castle for breakfast for 11 people on the 30th, I was told I had to pay the Holiday rate. They flippin' change the price depending on holidays? That's not nice. But I booked anyway, sucker that I am.

At TDL, they Do decoarate those rides plus the entire park, and the Bear do their Xmas show...not to mention the many Xmas scenes added to other shows around the park plus xmas parades in the day and night time, and that for about $20 less per day ticket as opposed to overpriced WDW.

Yep. And they still can't be bothered to remove the mold and mildew growing on all the handles of the logs that they don't clean all year long!

    Magical!
