The actress playing the good fairy (snowflake queen?) came on stage "floating" on wires, I think she may have been sitting in a giant snowflake. One of the wires broke or became disconnected and she fell 15 or 20 feet braking her leg, during a performance. A real shame, I remember this actress/character being the best part of a great show.
