The daily support from LP and a few lifestyle changes really helped me out. So why now after 2 years can I finally call it a success? Well a few things. First, getting through the first couple of days and weeks is hard. The cravings, mood swings, crankiness, snappyness and overall need of a smoke is just crazy. So after that faded away I was stuck with the daily caugh. That finally went away after 6 months, but there was one more annoying thing. I take some very very very hot showers. In doing that I would loosen up crap in my lungs and go through caughing/choking fits in the shower. Just caughing up remaining smoke damage in the lungs. So I have been going through that for 2 years and just recently it has stopped. I finally feel like my lungs are beginning the healing process and even though I will never be back to 100% I can begin to repair some of the damage caused by 3 packs of non filters a day for over 10 years. But the biggest thing was the first couple of weeks that I could never get through without the LP community. So to that I say, thank you all and hopefully anyone else in need of the support will feel as grateful as I do.

I now have so much more money I was able to afford a new car and toys to go with it.
