Here is a start of what Disney can do on broadcast television on Friday nights. Starting at 8-10 PM they can show a Disney movie. Young couples like to go out; if they have kids tell the baby sitter this is one thing they can watch but they have to go to bed when it is over. If the parents are broke that night, what is better than to have family night? Add 20/20 to the schedule to bore / scare the kids into going to bed. I know you are going to say why should they do that when they have the Disney channel? I say move the Friday prime time broadcast programs to the Disney channel and then check your ratings.

Some of the best memories of my childhood and youth are my whole family sitting down and watching The Wonderful World of Color/Wonderful World of Disney together on Sunday nights. I don't have kids, but if I did, I can't think of anything coming from Disney or ABC that I could sit down and enjoy together with them. Truly sad.
