Is there even room in their Town Square for a Christmas tree? And what about a Christmas over-lay for...um....let's see....The Jungle Cruise? No. How about Mickey's Philharmagic? No? Well, maybe a star on top of Space Mountain?

ORGOCH: They really needs a SMALL WHIRL ride in that park--if fer no other reason than ta dress up all them dang dolls fer Christmas like they does at Dizzyland!

ORDDU: Yes, a SMALL WORLD attraction with a Christmas over-lay at Hong Kong would be very much appreciated...

Can't release more info at this stage but there will be something special happening at HKDL during Christmas month.

Buddha would probably be happy that people of faith were coming together to honor their faith and their loved ones. Unlike some religions, Buddhism isn't one of the "exclusive" ones where people are encouraged by some to believe that their belief is right and everyone else's is wrong (and therefore they are going to hell).

It's interesting that I used to work with someone that was a Hong Kong Chinese immigrant to the US, and a devout Christian. He related to me how the churches in America seemed to be totally foreign to him, with the large campuses, TV evangelists, and all too often a focus on the amount of money being run through the church rather than the worship and fellowship focus that he had been taught.

BTW, I guess this means that TDR is the only Disney resort located where Christmas Day is not an official holiday. But at TDR, it's still a wonderful day to enjoy the fellowship of LPers in the park!

Tokyo DisneySea is ALREADY decked out, for some reason...at least a week early!

The tree looks nice, as usual. I suppose TDL will be ready soon too.

It will be nice to see what the newest Magic Kingdom looks like for Christmas (so far, I'd have to put TDL in DEAD last, thanks to the gaudy tree with ORANGE lights in World Bazaar!).

The event will be called "Magical Christmas" at HKDL between 1st - 31st December.

I am really looking forward to enjoying a White Xmas there....(subtropical white xmas...:)
