One thing that people always mention loving is Test Track. I just don't get it. My family has never really liked Test Track. We'll ride it if the line's not too long, but no one's ever disappointed if we don't get a chance to ride. So I'd really like some Test Track fans to tell me exactly what it is that they really like about this ride. Is it the level of theming in the queue that does it for you? Or do you think it's really neat to take those banked curves at 65 mph? I just feel like I might be missing something. Convince me that this ride is a can't miss.

She won't touch Coasters or Mountains or Towers of Terror. So this is one ride we can both go on and have a small thrill. I imagine there are many folks like us... if not people with wives who are wimps, people with kids who are.

Oh, and as per usual, it was down on two of my three Epcot visits this week. But at least Mission Space had a two-hour standby wait ;-) ;-) ;-) ... boy, they really want to make it look like this isn't a waste of close to $200 million. Even if it means inflating wait times to absurd levels.

And, since it finally opened I don't think I have ever visited when it wasn't operating. Perhaps I'm lucky or Spirit is unlucky.

I don't think it's as good as Mission to Mars or Soarin', but it's different, and it's enjoyable. But, like I said, I'm a car guy.

When everything is working I find it most enjoyable. Will this convince someone who doesn't like it to change- likely no. Just as no one will convince me to spend time on Mission:Space -- nothing wring with it per se, it just does nothing for me.

No, it's not the same os WoM, but, for the most part, it is a ride that most everyone in a family can ride together. It may not be in the same league as some other 'thrill rides' like coasters, but, it IS thrilling to some, in much more mild way. It's a unique attraction that at least has something to do with what the sponsor makes unlike some other attractions. (Kodak with Imagination, Nestle with Soarin', etc...) My nine year old son LOVES this ride, and unlike Stitch which he also likes, my wife and I find it fun as well. It's by far his favorite ride at Epcot, and, one of his favorites in all of WDW. I at least enjoy it more than it's nausea producing neighbor next door which I feel was the most dissapointing new attraction at Epcot. Horizons was much more fun and educational to me than Mission Space ever would be (geez, I really miss that ride!!!). I might like MS more IF it didn't make me queezy AND it actually took us to 'Mars' instead of an arcade. As for Test Track, my family always come off laughing and usually ride 2 or 3 times a visit, depending on lines. I can't say the same for Mission Space. I just wish they could have added Test Track without removing World of Motion!

I like the brake tests of ABS vs none and it is very accurate. Then the speed bank is not thrilling in the traditional sense, but when you think a computer rather than a human is control, it takes on a thrill of it's own. I love TT and I love Lights Motors Action, as well as Pixar's Cars. But I think you need to be a Car person to do so.
