(Haven't heard this one before -- but it follows the typical formula of: Disney does X, meaning new park Y is on the way.) 3. Disney is already clearing land for TWO new parks here in Orlando. One will be called Pixar park, and the other will be called Villain Island. The Villain Island rumor is #1 repackaged yet again, and the Pixar stuff is old too. What was surprising is that this CM actually believed that not one, but TWO parks were being built at the SAME TIME, AND declared that the land for them was already being cleared! This CM was so full of malarky it was almost painful to watch him spew this stuff -- AND the guests were just eating it up like crazy! WOW! SIX parks! Yay!

BTW, in most cases these rumors are unsolicited by the guests. The CM just comes up and says to a group of people, "Guess what I know..."

If you look at who goes to these sorts of parks, it's not always the sort of demographic they'd likely be interested in. And when you get a bunch of teenagers together anyway, it's sort of just a lot of trouble. It'd be a headache. I imagine this is one reason why we have yet to see something like this.

One time / first time guests are very impressionable, and it's sort of wrong IMHO to hear rumors from CM's in the first place.
