I would bet dollars to donkeys that your isp provides personal web space and a tool by which to develope a simple site of your own. Take for example here is one of mine and it was super easy to do: http://home.bellsouth.net/p/PW P-wdwtripp

Ask your internet service provider, it is ALMOST ALWAYS included in the price you pay for your service, especially if you have some form of high speed.

For fee based sites, smugmug seems to be the way to go. I've been contemplating an account there for a while because I have about 5 gigs of photo files that I'd like an extra place to back up in case of hard drive failures. I was reading an article in the San Francisco Chronicle a week or so ago about the best online photo sharing websites, smugmug was one of them, I forget the names of the others but one had video storage/sharing capabilities also.
