Originally Posted By vbdad55 Ball point works best -- and the thickest pen you can get -- easier for the characters to grip the pen. I like the ball point vs. Sharpie as with the bulkier costumes-- sometimes the outfit will smear the sharpie -- not always, just once in a while.
