My husband and I treated him to a day at Disneyland in December and purchased a Deluxe AP for him as a birthday gift. He loves the place, but did say during our December visit, that most of the young ladies he saw appeared to be no older than about 19. I hung out with the "micechat" crowd .. who congregate at the park at 12 noon on most Sundays at the hub. The people were ages 20 through 50. Good mix of those in the range you mention, though.
