Off to the theatre for me - taking my Potter book to read during the show when I'm not busy, of course. :)

And yes, we listed a relative's address for wedding presents, but some people sent them to where they knew we lived.

I think part of the problem is that it appears UPS subcontracted the "last mile" to USPS. Yesterday, I kept alternating between checking my front porch and UPS tracking. I had to give up because we were headed out for the rest of the day. Just before we left, I went to the mailbox to pick up our mail and, lo and behold, guess what was in the mailbox? (And in a cute box, too.) If I look at my account at Amazon, the order still shows as "in transit."

Everyone who got a wristband got a book. They had plenty of books, with plenty left over. I'm sure I could go right now, and there'd be a huge display.

The article also describes how the book sold 8.3 million copies in its first 24 hours, or 5,000 a minute. whoa!
