I saw a show on the Food channel that described the Disney turkey legs. They are from very large Turkeys (40+ lbs). I imagine that the rest of these jumbo birds mush be processed into turkey cold cuts, etc.

Either that or they bandage them up, give em crutches and usher them out the back entrance to wander the streets of Anaheim.

I never used to get the appeal either. The first one I had wasn't at Disney though, and didn't taste as good as the one's at Disney either, which is what kept me from trying them again for the longest time. But I finally did have one at DL, and I loved it.

I love that web site. Truly some of the geekiest, most obscure Disney jokes.
