Sure, it might be tiny and the rest of the area graded for runoff or for used for restrooms or dressing rooms for the characters at the neighboring American Adventure, but right now on paper it's the biggest pizza place in the history of pizza places.

It's also a good idea, IMO, for them to have a counter service location in Italy, since the food there is already quite popular. It's just a lot of hassle to eat at a sit down place (especially for lunch), and I'm sure a lot of people will eat there. Now, let's just hope that they serve Italian pizza, not the crap they have at the other pizza places across property. If they do that, it will be a smack in the face to the guests, the World Showcase, and Italy (the real one).

That's exactly what happened to World Showcase. Mexico canceled whole show scenes, Germany stopped construction on their ride completely, Japan nixed their Carousel theater after building the main structure, Italy suddenly stopped at the fountain, and poor Africa never made it past the snack stand stage.

Anyway, I will take a few pics of the area where this new pizza place is going.

I have also heard that Cantina de San Angel is going to be referbed. Well, what I heard is that it basically going to be rebuilt and include more covered seating with better views for Illuminations.

I had dinner at Les Chef de France and it was pretty awesome. I started with the escargot. It was very good. For my entree I had the Duck and it was fantastic, For dessert I had the apple crepes with caramel sauce and it too was great.
