And, the 1998 Columbia accident most definitely happened at the Frontierland landing, and not at any dock on Tom Sawyer's Island. Slik: the rafts cross the Rivers of America at a point a ways farther up the River from Frontierland and Pirates, almost just below the Haunted Mansion. They are well marked, and don't do anything but cross back and forth, so you can't miss them.

I've had WAY too much pirates. not that it wasn't a really cool idea when it all began and everything, but all the pirate publicity is wearing me kinda thin on my pirate tolerance...But they should reopen it. We walked all the way around it twice trying to find a way in...none...well, there was, but it was locked up...
