His primary role will be to help formulate the district's development plan. He will be intimately involved in the public engagement process which will help shape the cultural district's development blueprint. The authority will also recruit top-tier staff in the coming months, including five other executive directors responsible for museums, performing arts, marketing and communications, finance and human resources, as well as a legal counsel and an internal auditor.
