Most people haven't heard of Newsies, while HS Musical is "in" for the time being - and will continue to be "in". They already have a sequel planned for next summer, and they have plans for a broadway play. So why not do it at DCA first?

Regardless, the entire atmosphere was very middle school-ish, and the whole thing was too G-rated to be high school. =P Maybe if they threw in an Ode to Pot Smokers or something along those lines, heh.
