It was rolled into the parade on January 11, 1990, when the Party Gras parade debuted. The custom vehicle was built using the shell of Monorail Red, the last of that design. After making that single appearance on Main Street (it was also placed on static display in Tomorrowland later that day), it went on a tour to promote the 35th birthday. The unique vehicle was later broken up, and the shell of the nose was painted gray, detailed to look like a blueprint, and placed in the waiting area of the Rocket Rods, along with other past Disneyland attraction vehicles that were given similar treatment (Rocket Jets and a People Mover, for example). This waiting area was in the old pre-show room of the original Circle Vision building. I understand after the Rocket Rods attraction was closed and the building was gutted to make way for Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, that the attraction vehicle displays were discarded. It is sad to think that this was treated like so much junk, but in the end it served a long and useful purpose. I do wish they could have found a way to keep that Mouse-o-Rail, though. It was really cool! http://albums.photo.epson.com/ j/ViewPhoto?u=4280268&a=31624256&p=75195740

Obviously it wouldn't be much, but it could really add significantly to the number of dreams given away.
