Someone found home movie footage from August, 1969!

If I understand this...the HM for most of 1969 through a few years ago (same for WDW) had the bride on the RIGHT. But when they did Constance they out the bride on the left...originally where she used to be when the DL HM first opened in 1969, thus giving hatbox a possible spot on the right hand side again. Also, his head was to move back and forth between his body and the box in sync to the bride's heartbeat.

Adding him makes him more than "just another ghost" for the HM, and takes away as scenery... he's now THE GHOST that's been missing polarizing the scene he'd be in, and adding a character. Something, that I think is wrong for the Mansion, especially at this stage when WDI wants to pile on unneeded characters and gags and other clutter. Would I complain if he was just added in the background, as he should be? No, probably not. But as of now, I am very very very anxious to see how this is handled.

Not 99.99% of the people that will ride the ride every day. Add him, and people will just think it's a cool addition.

At this point, having not seen the new HHG's, I just welcome the idea of an addition of a Figure rather than what appears to be projections of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. I would figure DL would have priority to receive this, it makes sense to include it at WDW, but this is a piece of DL history not WDW.

What I am not fine with is if WDI goes all effect and dialog happy on him, like they did with the new bride and even the HHGs. He can't stand out and be a character that people look for. He has to blend in. That's about it.

If that's the case, I'd suspect he'll be a nice addition.
