Every time some poor pedestrian was run over by a bus or a passenger was dragged under the bus when the doors closed on their coats and the driver foolishly pulled away without first checking his mirrors, this guy came out to the press to apologize for the incident. Problem is, MUNI's safety record still sucks and accidents keep happening and fares keep going up and MUNI management seems as incompetent as ever. Lau and the rest of his management cronies have done very little to improve MUNI's problems, so good riddance to at least one of them. When I stop and think about it, Lau should feel right at home at WDW. Nothing operationally will be new to him, especially the needless deaths.

Maybe my hopes of a new Monorail fleet can be dug up again...

Three monorail rides without a collision ... even got to ride two trains for the price of one (let's see who can figure this one out!)
