That's be great, but I've also heard they're thinking about a third park somewhere else (Osaka would make a lot of sense, I guess).

Why start from scratch in Osaka when Universal is already there? You could only invite comparisons between the TDR, which has two fully built parks and three Disney hotels, with a fledgling park that would open with, perhaps, one hotel. They don't need that kind of headache.
I say, make it a triple in Urayasu! Reclaim! Build!

Don't get me wrong the place has some nice shops and restaurants, but the design and layout is a mess, although I am true the design team were restricted on space.

Reason why I believe the Entertainment centre was also shelved. Of course both OLC and Disney are not going to admit these concerns publicly.

Disney isnt in a vacum, especially tourism in general for these concerns.

At least Ikspari is near the parks.

Until you know how badly the latest financial crisis is going to effect your business why admit to them, it will only result in your stock price falling due to the lack of confidence. Also regarding fuel and oil in general the demand for it is falling and prices are dropping which could have a positive impact for some companies down the line.
