I especially like the underwater scene (with the cool "skipping across the water" sensation at the end, and when the creature puts its tongue on the "windshield." Little bits like when the wookie falls on your "hood" are fun too; I like it best when it has that sense of fun. That said, going through the death star trench and blowing it up is kind of iconic. Now that it's been away for a while, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing that come back.
