I will tell you the dates on this old brochure Free Dining Aug 19-31 and Sept.1-29,2011. I just checked out on Tues of this week and the current discount offered did not include free dining. I did book my birthday the last week of Nov at POP for $60 plus tax&fees per night. They might not offer free dining since this is already being booked. Good luck.
