Is it being cleared for a new attraction, or just an expansion of parking?

There appear to be 4 or 5 yellow construction vehicles sitting in the middle of the field, but they look like they're probably used for general maintence, not leveling the field.

When you include tearing out what's in that area, there should be plenty of room to build a smallish land with a couple decent attractions.
