Maybe they believe this will be exclusive enough that they won't have problems. I work for a community that was the precursor to Celebration and we have a lot of exclusivity and high incomes. Our problems may be different...but they are still problems that require governing.

Drive to the other side of the MK and you can find an incredible place in Windermere for a fraction of the price and you'll still be able to see fireworks from your front porch!
