I believe they just started construction on that T-Rex eatery from Landry in the parking lot.

My wife and I always enjoyed the comedy club, but it wasn't a place where you could spend much time. Basically it was one show and out because once you got past the first show of the evening the wait in line was always longer than we wanted to deal with. It also was a pretty inconvenient place to drink. I enjoyed the Adventurer's Club the few times we were there, but my wife didn't like the place very much. I think the humor was just a little too off-beat for her taste. And I know there are many fan out there who will think I’m nuts, but the Kungaloosh was probably the worst drink ever created. GAK!!!

I never paid to get in again, although I've certainly done my share of walking through (or around) the place to get from one end of Downtown Disney to the other. I know PI has its fans, but I'm looking forward to the changes to come, and the day when DTD is a more cohesive whole.

Unless you haven't been to Raglan Road, which is a nice resturant/Irish pub. So much has been taken away and the whole water-side of the island is dead/empty from Adventurer's Club down to Rock and Roll Beach Club. <<Hopefully the finished product will be a happy medium of what was great there and the new mix of people dying to lease Disney property for whatever business they are in...Best question though as posted above...When is it going to be finished?>> I think there will be work going on right through 2009-10. This isn't really a project with an end date ... Disney wants outsiders to come in and run shops and dining ... so look for more. And look for DQ to close too.
