I loved opening the door, looking at all the ice, and having it be soooo cold outside after a hot, humid summer day.

I wasn't so happy about the lightning and thunder. My one dog slept through it. Jackson was up and near me, but not afraid at all. Thank goodness. Have you tried giving him Rescue Remedy (watered down with a dropper)? It really helps. Poor baby.

    Did you get the storm?

and coming home from the venetis testurante was something else last evening, with hard to see out of rain , lightening and the crazy drivers, it was an eventful evening just getting home..the down pour lasted until the early morning, right now the skies have cleared but you have the early london morning mist dangling in the air, it will clear up, then we should have a beautiful day, Shadow was scared as well when we got home, boy was he happy to see us...have a great day...Seattle is only a few hours away just over the border, expect you all had much of the same weather, we had..our sister lives in tacoma, they had big lightening there..dancing in the rain...was a great hit.....

Then, our storm sewer plugged and we almost had a flood in the garage. I had a metal prong to clear the holes in the drain, but I would have had to go outside which I did. But the lightening was all around and I said "What am I doing out in an electrical storm?" I just had to let the area flood because I didn't want to be electrocuted.

Finally, it was clear to go outside and I waded to the drain.
