    This is the first interesting thing to happen to the McD's breakfast menu here in Japan since I got here 8 years ago.

    But that's for the sausage egg and cheese. Get the bacon one instead, and the fat goes down to 21 grams. :D

    I _like_ the McMuffin and numerous other stuff there, but wrapping the egg, cheese and sausage in that pre-sweetened pancake thingy made me think that there was something wrong with the bread they used.
