I cook mainly Italian (my ethnic background), Mexican (not as easy to get in the UK) or the BBQ.

Out to eat - Indian - I can't get it quite right or Chinese/Japanese as it is fiddly to prepare a variety.

We eat mostly American/Italian at home.
We go out for Japanese. I have a neighbor that likes to show off her suishi skills, I'm not that brave.

    2. Home: we cook a large variety but mainly Mexican and I'd say American ;(veggies and a piece of meat; pork, chicken, fish, red meat).

    3. Italian: we cook pasta at home but I love a good Italian restaurant for some fresh pasta and don't kill me but veal!

Favorite cuisine, tough, but if cornered I would say Thai, especially if you can find a good hole in the wall dive run by a family who only have enough English to get by. None of those around here, but I know a place in Hollywood that's been run by the same family for maybe 20 years.

I cook just regular American fare at home, tacos and spaghetti is American, right?

If I want good Thai food or something fancy/chefy I go out.

I don't know if this is a cuisine really, but I just love good home cooking! Meat and potatoes kind of food.

What cuisine do you cook most at home?
Crock pot favs and oven steaks with lots of flavor.

What cuisine do you must go out and eat?
Again, not sure if this qualifies as a cuisine, but I love Marie Callendar's salad bar. I couldn't have all of those choices for the same price at home.

    3) Thai food is hard for me to make at home so I almost always go out for that.

I don't think this will be news to ANYONE, but that's Tex-Mex.

What cuisine do you cook most at home?
I'd say healthy Tex-Mex. i.e., the Tex-Mexiest (look, a new word!) recipes I can find. My two main cookbooks are Cooking Light and America's Test Kitchen.

What cuisine do you must go out and eat?
    Tie: Tex-Mex, Wings, and Italian.

Wow, ok. There's a reason I will now consider to use to cancel my "someday I'm gonna move there" dream about Orlando area. ;)

    3. Mexican, it's a close second to seafood for number one, and I can't afford to eat as much seafood as I'd like.
