You should check Hojo's they have listed all the dates you can use a ap. They can have great rates and the pool looks like fun for kids.

I understand about being far away and having to walk, but some of the hotels have great shuttles that take you pretty much to the gates. One thing that i always do is rent a car for a few days. Its much easier to deal with getting to and from airport plus it saves money from having to take a shuttle, we stay further away and get good rates on priceline and we also park right at DL. If you have a AP parking is free anyways.
