    The set designers are suiting her up for the third installment of the movie series.

    I thought that was The Flying Dutchman. The picture LP posted looked like the Flying Dutchman.

    We went last night to see the ship. It is docked at San Pedro Boat Works. You can't get anywhere near it to have a good look if you approach her from the boatyard. We snuck a few photos hanging through the gate but were quickly shooed away by security.

    So we drove around to the actual beach and you can see it very clearly from there. You are by no means close to it, and the pictures we took do not do it justice. We will go back again tonight with the telephoto lens to grab a few great shots of it.

    I will post them tonight.

    My dad works for a marine company so I'm going to get with him to see if we can get aboard. If not, my uncle is affiliated with 22nd street landing. (The fishing hub near there). I will ask him if we can catch a boat over to get a closer look.

    Not sure if either person can help me out, but it's worth a shot!

    Dad says San Pedro Boats Works is a competitor of theirs, so we won't be let in. He also says that he thinks the ship is on lockdown, which means that only the crew that is doing the work on the ship is allowed to board it. The workers at SPBW can't even go aboard.

    I have a call into my uncle. He's like Obiwan, my last hope.
