Not only was this a difficulty because of having to dig through compacted trash, but it meant taking trash out of the compactor that they had already put in, knowing they were going to have to lift it back in when they were done, plus the trash that was still arriving to the packer had to sit around waiting. They found the wallet and scored major brownie points. The couple was even taken backstage (this was by Stage Door Cafe at Disneyland) to show them why it was taking so long to look for their wallet.
