<p>The finale of the Haunted Mansion debuted a completely new look today. In the "ghost will follow you home" section, instead of one of the ghosts just sitting beside you in the Doombuggy, there are several new effects.</p>
<p><strong>Spoiler Alert</strong>: New effects&nbsp;involving the ghosts and guests are now shown including swappings the guests' heads and making them disappear. Check out the video below to see more.</p>

If you watch the video full screen, you will see that it is a levitating lantern that the reclining ghost touches and turns on a beam of light (this beam of light is what you are seeing as a line.) The beam of light make the human riders' heads disappear, and then reappear. It is quite impressive in person.
