It seems like the DCA version will take longer to build, as they will need to make a building, and the MGM version is just sticking it in a building that is already there. Add that to DCA's opening first (I think), and it would make sense that it hasn't started yet.

ORDDU: In the meantime, Rsey103, duckling, Midway Mania is supposed to be a dark ride where the guests are actively involved--as they are with Buzz Lightyear--only on a grander scale. We've heard it may involve Woody and other Pixar characters. I suppose it might be compared to Men In Black from Universal Studios.
