We are the ones going to DLP on St.Patrick's Day, and we plan to buy One-Day hopper passes. As I look in advance at their Entertainment schedule, it appears the following will be times for these 3 shows:
    10:30 ANI 12:30 ANI 15:15 ANI
    10:45 CIN 12:45 MOT 15:45 MOT,CIN
    11:00 MOT 14:15 CIN 16:15 ANI
    11:30 ANI,CIN 14:30 ANI 16:30 CIN
    12:15 CIN 15:00 CIN 17:15 CIN

We'd rather only make one trek over to the WDS park and spend the rest of the day at DLP. Obviously, it appears we need to prioritize Moteurs, since it's only shown 3 times. The one main weakness in my planning is not knowing how long these shows are. Can you all help me? As I look at the above schedules, I'm beginning to see what Kayoss is talking about with the badly spaced times! My thought is to aim for that 11:30 Cinemagique showing, picking up a FastPass for RNR on the way in. Afterwards, ride RNR while waiting for the 12:45 Moteurs show. After that, eat lunch and maybe do Animation while waiting for the 14:30 Animagique show. How does this sound? Can anyone suggest a better plan? Thanks!!!

If list these shows by priority:

    1. Cinemagique (don't miss!)
    2. Animagique (it's a matter of taste, e.g. TDLFAN doesn't like it)
    3. Moteurs (I hate "interactive" shows, this could be interesting, but very badly paced)

As for the Moteurs show...it's about 35 mins, and it was WDSP's instant hit from day 1, reason why it was brought to D/MGM as part of their "we're stealing DL's golden thunder celebration".

The good news is both shows are easy to see and you won't have to show up majorly early for either if you don't want to!!!

Animagique is VERY skippable (lost a lots of effects since 2002 becoming more boring than anything).

    AM - 30 - 40 min

Animagique is cute, but as you only have 1 day, I would skip it, unless travelling with character obsessed kids.

Don't worry about FP for RNRC unless you see a queue outdoors.

Be advised of the limited showtimes as the Studios are MUCH quieter than any Disney park elsewhere in the world.

As you only have one day, I recommend either Space Mountain, Big Thunder or Peter Pan (though you could skip this as it is not majorly different than WDW or DL) at rope drop. These have the biggest lines. Get those 3 finished, then go over to the studios and enjoy the shows and RNRC. If you have been to DCA or MGM, don't bother with Animation, it is good, but the weakest of the 3, and time consuming.

Head back to DLP and do not miss Phantom Manor, Pirates of the Caribbean, the dragon under the castle, It's a Small World and maybe the Nautilus walk through.

Then use the rest of your time to enjoy anything else that appeals. You might want to tour Alice's Cusious Labrynth as it is unique to DLP, but it is a minor diversion.

Using this strategy, you may miss the Lion King as tickets are distributed at 11:00. It is the best show in the western Disney world IMHO beating all the shows at WDW, and giving the wonderful shows at DCA a real run for their money.

If you can take in a table service restaurant, that would be good, but typically that will take up 2 - 3 hours of your day.

    Have a great time.

We go to WDW every other year and DL slightly less, so anything that's virtually the same as those parks' offerings is low priority to us. Anything that is DLP-only is high priority! By the way, Lion King closes for renovations on the very day we'll be there!! Rats! Again, thanks for the help folks. We WILL enjoy! (4 more weeks!)

And beats HKDL's shows and some shows at TDR as well!!! I just wish some preformers didn't feel the need to 'show off' since that makes their performances phoney and unbearble, as was the case the last time I watched this show in Novemeber.
