He pointed out that Disney has vacation plan where you can spend 4-5 days at WDW then sail on a Disney crusie through the Panama Canal, and then end up staying several days at DLR in California. Sounds incredible. He called it the "Disney overload vaction", LOL. The trip takes 3 weeks. My friend thought that it would be way too much Disney. Since I have been on a Disney cruise in the past I had to disagree. I really didn't think it was too much Disney. Sure its a lot of Disney, but not too much.

OK, so here the question...... what WOULD be the Ultimate Disney Dream Vacation?

I would fly to SF and visit the Disney Museum when it opens, then try to get to the Pxar Studios. Then on to Disneyland, the original - staying at the Grand Cal. Visit the El Cap for a disney movie, visit Walt's grave side, and then hop the repositioning cruise from California to Fla via the Panama Canal. Then spend 4 weeks at WDW (staying at AKL, WL, GF, Poly and Boardwalk) and a few days at Vero Beach followed by Hilton Head DVC. Fly up to NYC and visit the world of Disney and all Disney Broadway shows currently presented.

Then it's off to London - visit all the Disney stage shows presented in the West End. Then take the Eurostar to DLP for a week at the most beautiful MK ever created. Travel for a couple of weeks at Walt's main inspiration places, Tivoli Gardens, the Matterhorn, the French Chateau (including Chantilly to see Le Duc De Berry - inspiration for Sleeping Beauty's style), and of course Neu Schwanstein Castle - shame Hunchback is no longer on in Germany, oh well, maybe the Tarzan stage show will still be in Amsterdam. Then fly off to HKDL for 4 days. From there on to TDL for 10 days - stay at the Miracosta and the newly opening TDL Hotel. Then finish off with a week at the soon to be opened DVC Ko Olina Hawaii. If I have the energy, then maybe opt for some of the Adventures by Disney trips.

Sounds like heaven to me, and although this is unlikely to happen in one trip,
I do intend to do most of this in my lifetime. So far I have managed the DL, WDW, DLP, London Stage Shows, and the Californian and European landmarks. Still have the cruises and Asian experiences to go.

Time for this trip = 110 days. Total estimated cost for such a trip = $75,000
    The experience, priceless!!!

Hmmm, I wonder if I could drum up a business case to do this and write a book to cover the costs? Well, if you guys will excuse me, I am off to buy a lottery ticket in the hopes of making my dream a reality!
