Please tell me there are some LP'ers out there who love the show as much as me. I mean come on, this is Steve Carrell at his best. Anyway, I think this is the greatest show on tv right now, anyone agree?

I tried so hard not to be one of those people who always has to say "the UK version is better" (which is like those people who always have to tell you that they "dont even own a tv").. Anyways, I tried not to be one of those people, but I gotta admit that the UK version is better on all levels. Its funnier, the characters are better and you feel for them more.

I still like the US version, I think its a great show. But sometimes I just feel like its turned into the TV version of Anchorman.

I actually like the Dwight character better in the US version. He's more a petty would-be dictator and less just plain weird. Rainn Wilson is great in the part.

The Office is currently the only sitcom I watch on a regular basis, other than Seinfeld reruns. All other comedies just don't make me laugh nearly as much as this show does. I am also a Scrubs fan, but don't watch it that often. Other must watch favorites of mine are 24, and Lost. Those are two outstanding shows that can not be missed. I see many LP's here seem to like those as well. I heard Prison Break was real good, but I missed the pilot, so I'll have to wait for the DVD's. I'm not jumping in now.

But I love Scrubs and My Name is Earl, as well as Invasion, the Guardian and Commander in Chief.

There are no current british shows I like. Sad but true. Thank god for satellite TV.

The comedy seemed flat to me.
