Trying to compete with the cast of IV, V, and VI, was an impossible task to begin with. It's hard to measure up to a classic villain like Darth Vader, but I thought Ray Park did a great job of it.

No the actors don't don costumes (well unless you consider Anthony (C-3PO) Daniels gold jacket). In the past they have been part of the motorcade, done meet and greets and taken part in a Q&A session with the host of the event in theater next to Sounds Dangerous
