Miranda Cosgrove is reported to get about 10x as much for an episode of iCarly. Nonetheless, $12,000 is plenty to pay an actor for a single episode of a half-hour show. In fact, adult actors shouldn't be making any more than this either. Actors do have to work hard during filming, but there are probably many others there working just as hard, if not harder, get zero recognition, and get paid far, far less to make the show successful.
