But man, that show needs an overhaul. The actual show itself ain't bad, it could probably use an update to a couple of the songs. And the bears themselves actually look ok. The problem is the sound mixing is just awful. Half the show you can barely hear what the bears are saying or singing, and the other half there's so much going on you're just sitting there confused. I don't know how the show works, so I have no idea if I just got stuck with a tone-deaf sound technician that day, or if this is a regular thing. Is the Country Bear Jamboree that bad all the time? And if it is, are there any plans of improving the sound quality? I'd imagine that wouldn't be the most expensive ordeal ever, and I think a Disney classic like the CBJ deserves it.

The sound levels are all programmed in, just like the movements of the figures. Perhaps some equipment was just not working when you saw the show. Or perhaps the audio has drifted as sound modules are replaced from time to time, and the show is indeed in need of an overall remix. I'll next see this show in December, and am anxious to see if this situation has been resolved.

Nemo is a fine example of an attraction that was really sad because of lack of rehab, now that it got a makeover the attraction is hotter than ever. I went to DL today and the line was over 2 hrs long. The week before it went down it was a walk on. Besides I can almost guarantee if CBJ went down its replacement wouldn't be better.

We were on the TTA going through Space Mountain when the lights were on there, not sure what was happening, and it's very interesting to see SM with the lights on. But for the most part I thought the attractions worked just fine. But then my perspective is different from yours. You're a frequent visitor and are able to notice these things more because you have the luxury of time. Whereas I only get down there every few years and might not notice them because I'm not going to.

That would be awesome. But please, not the Riverbottom Nightmare Band. They would scare the crap out of the kids, especially that shifty bass-playing snake.

I would rather sit through the Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management) with a song set based upon Tiny Tim hits before venturing into Grizzly Hall again. Disneyland covered CBJ in Pooh and WDW should be similarly creative.
