Believe it or Not, Jack Palance is dead at age 87

    Sadly, we lost another great character actor with the loss of Jack Palance today. He died of "natural causes" at the age of 87. He won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 1992 for his role in "City Slickers".

    To me, he'll always be remembered for two things, his one-armed push-ups when accepting his Oscar, and the way he would say "Believe it....or not!" when he hosted the old ABC TV series "Ripley's Believe It or Not".
