Originally Posted By Yahtzee Nay Nay Most of the time the buses are faster for the MK only because they go straight to the gates instead of parking at the TTC and then taking the ferry or the monorail. For the other parks, it's usually faster to just drive there. It may take a little more than 10 minutes to check in though.

We stored our luggage and the water at Bell Services (same w/ check out day) while we went to the parks. We got a text around 1:00 that our room was ready and when we got in around 1:30 we called Bell services and everything was delivered in about 15 minutes.

If you are taking the bus, at POR it will go around the whole resort before it departs for the MK (unless it already fills up at the first stop), so that will add travel time. But due to the transfer which is necessary for the MK if you travel by car, it should indeed be faster to take the bus. The Unofficial Guide says that average travel time from POR to MK is 38 minutes by car and 22 minutes by bus. I think this factors already in an average wait time, of course you might have to wait longer (or shorter) than the average.
