Meaning, certain dates (if you picture looking at calendar) are not open for you to go into the park -- they're blacked out. (like taking a black marker and filling in that particular date to show that it's not available). I'm not sure where you're flying from but a quick look at their site told me that some of the blackout dates are Feb. 18-19, 22, Mar. 19, 21, 26, 28, Apr. 2-5, 2010.
