However, I will give my opinions about both.
I have taken the shuttles which are large passenger vans and have had varying experiences.
However, the last experience has resulted in my not wishing to take them any longer.
We had a group of six and got into a shu
ttle indicating it was going to the Disneyland resort area. There were three other people in the shuttle.
It turns out that one couple was going to their home and another man was going to his so we had to go to both residences before we were taken to our hotel.
The ride ended up taking almost three hours.
I assume you could stop this from happening to you by assuring that you make certain that the shuttle is going directly to the Disneyland resort area.
You can also take the Disneyland Resort Express which is a large "greyhound type" bus.
I prefer this option although not everyone does as it runs on a specific schedule which may not coordinate with your flight well and it drops off at almost all hotels. Therefore, it really depends where you are staying as to how fast you get there.
You can get all the information about times, prices etc. at www.airportbus.com.
Clicking on the "Brochure" button on the bottom provides more information.
There used to be a coupon you could print but I had trouble with it.
    Good luck!
