Chew on that!

Travel to Pittsburgh to ride The Exterminator at Kennywood. It's an indoor spinning mouse coaster (the exact same model as the ones used for Primeval Whirl) where guests ride in a giant rat shaped car, through the sewers of Pittsburgh while faceless exterminators in rubber suits try to kill you! It's great fun (MUCH better in execution than Primeval Whirl), though much less cute and cuddly than the Pixar rat theme might ever be. I wonder if they possibly 'stole' this idea from Kennywood? <a href="http://www.rcdb.com/ig538.htm" target="_blank">http://www.rcdb.com/ig538.htm</a> As for the ride system that they use in the Walt Disney Studio Paris ride, it's also an 'off the shelf' model that's in operation at various amusement parks world wide. In fact, Crush's Coaster looks to have the same basic ride layout as this one operating in Erie, PA: <a href="http://www.rcdb.com/ig2657.htm" target="_blank">http://www.rcdb.com/ig2657.htm</a> I think only the loading area and approach to the lift hill were slightly extended to the standard layout to allow for the effects used and larger capacity.

Technically soundstage 1 (which is where im guessing its going) was the last of the active production stages (I think) and really never public except for random props and or the occasional large store and "meet and greet"...

I don't, unlike many fans, differentiate between Nemo, Buzz Lightyear, Stitch, Princesses, or Jack Sparrow. There's just too much and it does dumb the parks down.

This attraction hasn't been officially greenlighted yet, but I've been told it is making its way throught the process. There also was a concept involving the doors from Monsters Inc., but I believe that idea has been shelved.
