Even if you won't be going any time soon, I would recommend picking up a Birnbaum or other guide to WDW, plenty of spoilers there.

I (Think) Alien Enconter was kind of like the sound thing you hear of the buzzing fly and so on in lincon..mixed with afects like spray? and air blasts.

I'd have to watch the show again, but there are two places where one can see the Nautilus. One is at Disneyland Paris, and it offers a walk through of the interior. The other one is at Tokyo DisneySea, but that one you can only walk up to and view the exterior.

Journey is also at DisneySea. It uses the same ride system as Test Track; it even has a high speed finale like TT.

They were there to add pressure on your shoulders when the alien "escaped" and was roaming around the room. It also breathed hot steam on teh back of your neck. Most of it happened in the dark, so you coud use your imagination to fill in the gaps. Liek the mice in HISTA, he would only be in one area of the room at a time, and you could follow the screams. There was plenty to see and hear, as well as feel. With the Stitch version, they added a chili dog burp, but I don't remember any smells from the original, and there was defiantely nothing to taste.

As for the boat ride, I have no idea. There is Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, and it's a small world in the Magic Kingdom. Epcot has Living with the Land, which is a tour of greenhouses, and Maelstrom, which takes you past viging villages and trolls before dumping you down a waterfall. MGM and DAK do not have any boat rides, so I don't know what it could be. It might be the Seven Voyages of Sinbad, from Tokyo DisneySea, which takes you past small world-sized (but with full body movement) AA's that tell the story of Sinbad.

The American Adventure is the America pavillion at Epcot that basically tells the history of America from the pilgrims to about the time Epcot opened (1982). It uses AA's to tell the story, and some of them are very advanced. The next advanced AA to be developed was the Wicked Witch of the West, for the Wizard of Oz scene in the Great Movie Ride, in MGM. They really have nothing to do with one another, except for the evolution of AA's.

The Nautalus could be old footage of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea attraction. It was similar to the Disneyland Submarine Voyage, but it closed in 1994. After that, there was a sub sitting in the lagoon, until they drained it to make room for the Winnie the Pooh playground in late 2003.

Journey to the Center of the Earth is at TDS, and besically follows the Joules Verne storyline. You board little vehicles that can travel quickly, and pass through various caves, and see a lava monster. Near the end, you are shot out of the volcano, and do a high speed lap around the land, before returning to the station

That was one of the products of feature, but the harness' primary function was to align all the special effects around your head, otherwise they wouldn't work to trick you into feeling or hearing all the effects.

There was definitly footage from Sinbad on the show.

I try and see WHERE they had the control panal in the bride part.. and I look for the walk thru behind prison part. .. and one time I was crying after grand girl ran away.. for two hours after we got her mack.. and a castmember tryed to get me to stop by telling me she would answer ((ANY)) question.. LOL well the only thing I rembered WANTING to know at that time.. was HOW the sword in the stone. was done.. and she told me.. now I laugh at how easy it was to spot.. and It is differant then people THINK it is.. BUT I like some things to know.. but dont want to see or hear other stuff .. as it makes it sad for me to know the tricks.
