Just one really great thing that happened and maybe you don't know why it was great or it was just random or maybe you've done the same thing 1000 times but this time it was better for some reason...whatever the reason post your favorite unexpectedly great moment. Here's mine:

I had gone to Disney in June with my best friend in the entire world. We were in Tomorrowland at MK and I'm not usually a huge fan of the Tomorrowland thing, but we wanted to ride space mountain because he had never ridden it. Long story short: there was a long line and it had started to rain. So we ran toward the people movers and hopped on the next car. It was so much fun. The rain was falling to the sides of the track and every now and then we would get splashed with water. The air cooled down considerably because of the rain, and we got a really great view of the line for space mountain. We ended up riding what was once the ride I neglected the most about three or four times. We just talked, enjoyed the break, watched the line, and (I confess)memorized just a few of the one-liners (paging Dr. Morrow...). Now, I ride the people movers every visit.

There it is, and I hope you guys are having a good day.

I also asked if any of the characters were in the park as I had left one Christmas Card for a child unsealed. The Case Memeber asked me which character I would like to have sign the card. I responded, "How about Mickey Mouse". The Cast Member said, "Mickey is at Fantasmic right now but as soon as he is done, I'm sure he will be more than happy to sign your Christmas Card". WOW!!! Talk about hitting the jackpot!

It was agony waiting for that Christmas Card to arrive to its recipient.

Talk about Disney getting it right!! I found out just how Magical the Cast Members are.

I haven't worked at Disneyland in 9 years and I still do this all the time. It bugs the you-know-what out of me to see people who actually WORK there walk over trash. I think my head would explode if I walked by trash and didn't pick it up. It's in my blood. Even my son does it now. I'm so proud!

ORDDU: Of course the highling of the evening--for me-- was that Tarzan was out for meetings and greetings that night--after a long absence--and the only thing to mar the occasion was the fact that Jane was with him. But I managed to ignore her while getting up close and personal with my favorite man in a loin cloth.

ORGOCH: I see it still ain't dawned on ya, yet, why ya still got that parasol up yer scrawny butt! Guess Jane wanted to give ya somethin' ta remember the moment by, her own self!!!

Sorry, I know this is the WDW section, but imadisneygal started it. ;-)

That is because everyone knows who you are Doobie, and how this board is connected to Disney, but me? NO, I am yet to be a witness to such actions. All I see is CMs getting their 35% discounts in front of me when I have to pay full price for the same stuff they buy.

Do you honestly believe that CM's will be going about their day, see Doobie, and go "uh-oh, there's that online guy - I better pick up some trash right now!" ?
